Cooking with real butter, avocado and extra virgin olive oil, we use only Humanely Raised Natural and Antibiotic-Free Heritage Pork, Grass-Fed Beef and Local Pasture-Raised Eggs. We source Local and Organic Produce when in season, and all of our Aiolis, Add Ons and Sausage Patties (including our veggie) are made in house.
